2. Are your shoes comfortable for walking all day?

Absolutely! Our shoes are designed with cushioned insoles, breathable materials, and lightweight construction — perfect for long days exploring new cities, navigating airports, or chasing the kids around.

3. How do I know what size to order?

4. Can I order just one pair, or do I have to get the whole family matching?

You can absolutely order just one pair! Many customers start with a single pair and later add matching shoes for the whole family.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We always offer FREE shipping worldwide!

6. How long will it take to get my order?

Production: 5–7 days
Shipping (U.S.): 10–15 days
Shipping (International): 10–18 days

Our goal is to make sure your shoes fit perfectly the first time — so you can start making memories without the hassle of exchanges.

If you still have to return, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange. Shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in brand new condition. Because our shoes are printed on demand, we encourage you to check our sizing chart before ordering to avoid sizing issues.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cost will be provided upon your refund request based on your location. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund for the remaining balance will be issued if the shoes meet the return conditions outlined above.

8. How are the designs made?

All designs are created in-house, inspired by real destinations, and printed using a durable process that resists fading. Every style is exclusive to Trail & Ties.

9. Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Our shoes make the perfect gift for travelers, families, or anyone who loves a unique, comfortable shoe. You can ship directly to the recipient!

10. Do I need to be traveling to wear Trail & Ties?

Not at all! While they’re perfect for vacations, our shoes are also great for repping your hometown or adding a stylish, comfy pair to your everyday wardrobe.

11. Are the shoes waterproof?

They are water-resistant for light rain but not fully waterproof. Avoid heavy downpours or submerging in water.

12. How do I clean my Trail & Ties shoes?

Wipe them down with a damp cloth or use mild soap and water. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or machine washing.
