Each pair is made specifically for you, so we encourage customers to double-check our sizing chart and measuring guide before placing an order.

Our goal is to make sure your shoes fit perfectly the first time — so you can start making memories without the hassle of exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

If you still need to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery date

  • Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in brand new condition

  • Process: Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cost will be provided upon your refund request based on your location. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund for the remaining balance will be issued if the shoes meet the return conditions outlined above.

Please note: Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than sizing or defects.
